You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate and that the payment method you use belongs to you. pg gaming does not accept third-party payment arrangements.
Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the respective payment provider. Processing times vary by channel: GCash and Maya deposits typically reflect within minutes, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the method used. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require you to submit documentation before processing is completed.
pg gaming reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on transactions where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity. Transactions found to involve fraud, chargebacks, or misuse of payment methods may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the associated funds.
6. Limitation of Liability
pg gaming provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pg gaming makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content accessible through it.

Upon closure, any remaining balance that is eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to verification requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed for breach of these terms may be forfeited.
